Overview

From inception to operationalisation, we collaborated closely with Royal Mail PFS to deliver mobile platform enhancements to their engineering field workforce. We captured the business requirements, managed vendor selection, and led in-house teams through testing and UAT phases.

A major challenge at go-live was synchronising updates to 400 remote devices while simultaneously maintaining operational service. Through our research, we developed and tested a prototype method that was adopted and scaled up by the operational team. The result was zero corruption or outages among the engineers.
