Discover

We work closely with our clients to understand their needs and goals, embedding ourselves in their every day operations to understand what makes their business tick.

Through a structured approach to business analysis we leverage tools & techniques to understand and articulate business drivers, vision and scope by working closely with the stakeholders.

Once the Business Case is complete and the Requirements are captured, we report back with a comprehensive plan.

Build

Based on the discovery phase, we develop a comprehensive roadmap for each product and start working towards delivery. The roadmap communicates the strategy of goals, resources, time estimates and dependencies.

Our clients are assigned a key account manager to keep lines of communication open. They act as a single point of contact which helps to ensure that there is a single source of truth during execution of the project.

Our account managers maintain a cadence of regular progress reports and are the primary point of escalation throughout the engagement.

Deliver

Planning the implementation of the project outputs into live operation starts during the Build phase. We take a holistic view of final delivery across people and processes to smooth transition and acceptance.

We run the solution through quality assurance to ensure it is fully functional at launch and that processes work as expected. After acceptance testing we make the solution operational and enroll it into an agreed maintenance schedule.

Included in this phase

  • Testing. Our projects are subject to QA in multiple phases starting with unit testing and system testing aiming to have 100% test coverage before handing on to user acceptance testing.
  • Training. To ensure effective operational use, training is rolled out across a range of media such as tutorials, videos and classroom training.
  • Support. Our solutions are built for longevity and for maintainability. As such, we put together cost-effective support plans to ensure the products continue to meet our client's needs as the business evolves.
