Overview
Brightstar 20:20 were awarded a service provider contract with Halifax PLC for a Device Protection scheme and we were engaged to lead the management of associated IT Security programme, overseeing business cases, resource planning, and stakeholder engagement.
The engagement expanded to include the roll out of the call centre capability and systems integration with ERP and eCommerce websites.
Notable achievements throughout the engagement were:
